Who we are

BetterHealthYou (ebook.betterhealthyou.com) sells the digital recipe eBook "Lean & Delicious". If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at gudscompanyllc@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email, purchase details and country, but we never see or store your full card number. When you visit our pages, we and our partners may collect technical data through cookies and similar tools, such as your device, browser, pages visited and the link or ad that brought you here.

How we use your information

We use your information to process your order and deliver your eBook, answer support requests, handle refunds, prevent fraud, measure and improve our pages and ads, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and deliver your purchase: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, secure download verification and anonymous statistics), Resend (email delivery), our web host, and, if enabled, Meta (Facebook/Instagram ads measurement) and Google Analytics (site statistics). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Anonymous statistics and reviews

We count page visits, clicks and downloads anonymously, without cookies and without storing your IP address or any personal data. A few days after your purchase we may send you one email asking for your opinion. If you send a review, we publish only what you authorize (first name, country, comment and photo), and you can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing gudscompanyllc@gmail.com.

Cookies and ads measurement

We may use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to understand which pages and ads work best. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide support and refunds and to meet accounting and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, except where we must keep it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To make a request, email gudscompanyllc@gmail.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

Our products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
